Offices that look like you.
Stop treating your premises as a cost line. Make them a lever for management, recruitment and wellbeing. Paristic helps you write your DNA into every square metre.
Why office decoration matters
Your premises are the first carrier of your employer brand.
No Sense of Belonging
Impersonal premises that fail to bring your teams together.
Falling Productivity
A grey, noisy environment undermines concentration.
Privacy
Privacy in glass-walled rooms without losing the daylight.
Designed for leadership, built for teams
An office decoration project does not start from a catalogue. It starts from your culture, your uses and your real constraints: circulation, privacy, ownership of spaces, the image you project to visitors and candidates. We co-build with leadership and teams, because a space nobody chose is a space nobody adopts.
In practice: we listen to what your spaces should say, we propose principles before materials, we validate on mock-ups before manufacturing, and we install without disrupting your teams more than necessary. You keep a clear view at every step, from needs qualification to handover.

How to decorate an office, space by space?
The reception, the open space, the meeting rooms and the cafeteria serve different purposes, so they are not decorated the same way. Here is how we handle each one, drawing on real projects delivered by our workshop.
Decorating an office reception
The reception is the first visual contact your visitors and candidates have with you: it should carry your identity from the first few metres. For the DGGN hotel, we turned the reception into a Paris metro platform, with floor tiles photographed at full scale and floor signage styled as a metro map. See the DGGN reception case study.
Fitting out an open space
An open space can be decorated without breaking it up: signage blends into the decor and walls can double as work tools. For BearingPoint's 800 m² office in La Défense, we combined wall graphics, Velleda writable walls and window film into one consistent visual route. See the BearingPoint case study.
Personalising a meeting room
A meeting room benefits from being identifiable at a glance, from the door to the wall. For SNCF, we dressed each meeting room with the skyline of a major city, in black vinyl and PVC lettering. See the SNCF case study.
Decorating a company cafeteria
The cafeteria remains a break-out space that still has to stay practical day to day. For DGGN, we dressed over 15 linear metres of walls with photographs of Paris, completed by chalkboard-finish Morris columns where the team updates the daily menus. See the DGGN cafeteria case study.
Office decoration in the enterprise: your employer brand also lives on the walls
After a visual identity change, or to assert a company culture, office decoration becomes a genuine employer-brand medium: what your teams see every day, and what candidates see at interview.
Rolling out a new brand identity in the office
After its visual identity change, BforBank asked us to roll out its new brand guidelines across its offices: walls, 3D logos and consistent signage throughout the spaces. See the BforBank case study.
Asserting a company culture through decoration
For AXA, we designed a jungle-chic office decoration (window film foliage, wood lettering, stabilised plants) and later a nature-and-Scandinavian relief wall series, without any live plants. See the AXA jungle-chic case study and the AXA nature and Scandinavian relief case study.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does office decoration cost in Paris?
It depends on the floor area and the scope of work. Light branding (window film plus signage) and a full redesign are not the same project. We price after a site survey, so the quote matches the invoice: contact us for a precise quote.
Do you work in occupied premises?
Yes, that is our speciality. We phase the work zone by zone or outside office hours so your teams are never disrupted.
Do you also handle furniture and fit-out?
We specialise in wall and glass finishes. For furniture we work with trusted partners. Explore our wall decoration solutions to complete your fit-out.
Which areas do you cover?
We work in Paris and across the whole Île-de-France region (92, 93, 94, 78). For national rollouts across branch networks, we have mobile teams.
How can you improve privacy in glass-walled offices?
The ideal solution is office window film. It frosts sensitive areas while keeping the natural daylight.
Do we need heavy building works to decorate our offices?
No. Window film, wall graphics and a 3D logo are applied directly on existing walls and glass, with no demolition or heavy building works. That is exactly why these solutions suit offices that stay open during the project.
Window film or wall decoration: which one for our office?
Window film (vitrophanie) treats glass partitions: privacy, branding, daylight. Wall decoration treats solid walls: murals, wallpaper, writable surfaces. Most office projects combine both, as in our case studies above.
Office decoration or office layout design: what is the difference?
Layout design deals with zoning and space organisation (privacy, wayfinding, comfort), usually without structural work. Office decoration is the visual treatment of what is already there: windows, walls, logo, signage. The two are often combined on the same project, as our office layout page details.
