Eco-friendly decoration starts with precise choices

Eco-friendly decoration is not just a green wall or a palette of natural tones. It comes down to the choice of materials, where they come from, how they are installed and how long they stay on the wall. That is what we work on, project by project.

For 20 years and on more than 1,200 projects, we have designed, made and installed decoration for offices, reception areas and brand spaces. For eco-friendly office decoration, we offer three families of solutions: preserved plants, eco-friendly wallpaper and wooden wall decoration. For each one, we give you the exact material references, so your CSR team can document them.

Our rule is simple: no vague promises and no sweeping environmental statements. Concrete options, labels where the references carry them, and decoration designed to stay in place for a long time.

What's at stake

What a CSR team, an office manager or an architect looks at before approving eco-friendly wall decoration.

Verifiable claims

French climate law and EU Directive 2024/825 regulate environmental claims. We talk about materials, labels and data sheets, not slogans.

Documented indoor air

In France, every wall covering carries an indoor air emissions label, from A+ to C. We tell you the class of each reference we propose.

Decoration that lasts

The first lever is often lifespan. Well designed, well installed decoration needs replacing less often, and every replacement avoided counts.

What is eco-friendly office decoration?

For us, eco-friendly decoration answers four questions. Where does the material come from? What does it release into the air of the room? How long will it stay in place? What happens to it when it is removed?

No material ticks every box. Wood comes from a renewable resource, but its origin matters. Wallpaper varies a lot depending on its backing and inks. Preserved plants avoid the watering and lighting of a living wall, but they remain a processed product. Our job is to compare these options with you, according to the space, its use and the budget, then keep the one that holds up best.

Three families of solutions for your walls

Each family has its own page, with its uses, its constraints and our project references.

  • Preserved plants: natural mosses, lichens and foliage, preserved to keep their appearance. No watering, no lighting, which suits lobbies, corridors and rooms without daylight.
  • Eco-friendly wallpaper: PVC-free non-woven backings, paper from sustainably managed forests, water-based inks depending on the substrate. The design is printed to your exact dimensions.
  • Wooden wall decoration: slats, panels, cut logos and lettering, in solid wood or engineered panels, with FSC or PEFC sourcing on request depending on the references.
  • Plant logo: your logo cut from wood and filled with preserved plants, for a reception area that carries your identity.

Materials chosen on criteria, not on labels alone

Depending on the project, we choose references that carry recognised labels. For wood and paper, FSC and PEFC attest to sustainable management of the source forests. For wall coverings, the indoor air emissions label is mandatory in France: we favour the lowest-emission classes. The EU Ecolabel and the Blue Angel also exist on some wallpapers and paints.

Not all our materials are labelled, and we do not claim otherwise. If a label matters for your CSR report or a building certification, tell us in the brief: we steer the choice of references accordingly and send you the data sheets.

Durability, the first eco-friendly step

Decoration that peels off after two years, or goes out of fashion too quickly, ends up in the skip. Design matters as much as material: a sober design tied to your identity ages better than a passing trend.

We also work on installation and removal. Mechanical fixings rather than glue where possible, removable panels, elements that can be reused when you move. In rented premises, this often makes the difference when handing back the walls.

  • Removable fixings where the substrate allows
  • Elements designed to be moved or reused
  • Careful removal at the end of a lease or during a refit

Projects carried out in working offices

Our teams work in occupied offices, area by area, to keep disruption to a minimum. For the Humanis group, we created a plant wall decoration in the reception hall. For AXA, we designed a plant wall decoration at Opéra.

Eco-friendly decoration fits into a wider office decoration project in Paris. It combines with printed wall decoration, a wooden logo or a plant logo, to keep a consistent line from one room to the next.

How we run an eco-friendly decoration project

Everything starts with a site visit or plans, and a conversation about your CSR expectations. We then propose design directions, each with the materials considered and their characteristics. Once approved, we make the pieces, then our teams install them on site.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between eco-friendly decoration and eco-friendly wall decoration?

Eco-friendly wall decoration covers the walls: wallpaper, wood, preserved plants. Eco-friendly decoration goes a little further and includes logos, relief elements and the way pieces are installed and removed. The criteria stay the same: origin, emissions, lifespan.

Is your decoration labelled?

Some references are, others are not. Depending on the project, we choose FSC or PEFC wood or paper and wall coverings with a good indoor air emissions class. We tell you exactly which label applies to which element.

Do preserved plants purify the air?

No. A preserved plant is no longer alive: it does not absorb CO₂ or produce oxygen. Its value lies elsewhere: a natural plant look, with no watering or lighting, in spaces where a living wall would be hard to maintain.

Can you provide information for our CSR report?

Yes. We send the data sheets of the materials installed, the applicable labels and the emissions class of the wall coverings. You get verifiable information, not general statements.

Does eco-friendly decoration suit rented premises?

Yes. In that case we favour removable fixings and movable elements, so the walls can be handed back at the end of the lease and part of the decoration reused in your next premises.

Can preserved plants, wood and wallpaper be combined in the same space?

Yes, and it is often the best approach. A wooden slat wall, a plant logo at reception and printed wallpaper in the meeting rooms make a consistent whole. We design everything from the start to keep a single graphic line.
